The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi is looking for a Senior Executive CDC to join its team.
The Senior Executive CDC is responsible for executing various center’s initiatives, including facilitating skill development workshops and seminars, providing career counseling services to students, and overseeing other operational matters. They also play a key role in building relationships with potential employers and higher education institutions to strengthen IBA’s links with diverse partners.
As Senior Executive CDC, you will be responsible for:
- Helping students identify the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their career aspirations.
- Guiding students in developing their CVs, resumes, cover letters, and other tools.
- Supporting students in understanding the current job market and trends.
- Maintaining data on student advising, internships, and placement information.
- Building and strengthening corporate relations for potential partnerships.
- Arranging counseling and student advisory initiatives for student professional development.
- Facilitating cross-functional assignments with all departments.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate relations, career services, or a related field, with a preference for experience in educational institutions.
