The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) has put out a list of the sub-campuses of Pakistani universities that will be recognized by HEC in 2023. There are both state and private schools on this list.
The HEC is the top body in Pakistan that is in charge of controlling and keeping an eye on higher education. Students should check to see if the university they want to attend is recognized by the HEC. This makes sure that the university meets the high standards set by the HEC and that the degrees it gives out are valid.
The HEC has also put out a list of universities that have been banned. These are universities that the HEC does not officially recognize. Students are warned not to try to get into these schools.
